How long does a photo shoot take?
Less time than you may think! We have been doing this for 15 years so we can efficiently get in and out and let the homeowner get on with their day.
A typical standard package (photos only) takes anywhere from 25-45 minutes, videos add about 20 minutes, matterport is usually an additional 1-2 hours. Twilight shoots typically take 1.5-2 hours.
what is the turnaround time to receive edited photos/videos?
For real estate photography, typically 24-48 hours
Vacation rental photography please allow 72 hours
Videos please allow 3-5 days
Matterport please allow 12-24 hours
Does someone need to be present during the session?
No, no one needs to be present. We will request any access codes/directions prior to arriving and will set up/shut down everything when we are finished.
Who pays for the Real Estate or Rental Home Photographer?
In Real Estate:
Typically, the listing agent pays for the photography, but that’s not always the case. It may depend on the agent’s marketing plan for the property. Of course, a seller can always request professional photography.
In Rental Homes:
Most of the time, the rental company pays or will work with the home owners to come up with an agreement. For a VRBO/Airbnb home, it will be upto the home owner.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Blue Ridge, Georgia and cover mainly Blue Ridge, Ellijay, Blairsville and surrounding areas. But, we do love to travel the country! So if you have a few listings in another area, reach out and we maybe we can work something out.
What’s the difference between the MLS and Print Size files?
The MLS files are quite small JPEG files that have been sized specifically to match common MLS standards and compressed to load quickly on the web.Print-size files are much larger JPEG files that are roughly the same size as the original captured image in the camera. But finished files are always large enough to print extremely well on an 8.5 by 11-inch piece of paper.
